Jane Fonda, 84, says she feels younger than when she was in her 20s.

Actress Jane Fonda looks and feels ageless at 84 years old.

The Hollywood legend, quoting the painter Picasso, believes it takes a long time to get younger, and says it has nothing to do with how you look.

She told The Herald Sun on Friday that she felt “lost” in her 20s and that she was “very unhappy, felt old and didn’t feel like living long.”

The interview came just days after Jane told Vogue that she was “not proud” of the makeover.

She said: “I had a facelift, but I stopped because I didn’t want to look crooked. I’m not proud of the fact that I had it.”

“Well, I don’t know if I had to start over. Don’t keep it up, a lot of women, I don’t know, are addicted.

She told The Herald Sun on Friday that she felt “lost” in her 20s and that she was “very unhappy, felt old and didn’t feel like living long.”

Jane then touched on how aging isn’t something to be afraid of, adding that she wants people to realize there are ways to age in a positive, healthy way.

“I want young people to stop being afraid of getting old.

Jane began acting on the Broadway stage in 1960 and soon began her Hollywood career, appearing in a string of successful films, including 1963’s Sunday in New York and 1968’s Barbarella.

The interview comes just days after Jane told Vogue she was “not proud” of the makeover.

She won two Academy Awards for Best Actress in the 1970s, and went on to win numerous nominations and awards.

Aside from being passionate about appearing on the big screen, the star has loved dancing and fitness over the years.

Jane released her first exercise video in 1982, which became the best-selling VHS of the 20th century.
